This hotel was ok but I expected more , aircon was very noisy , there was no natural light which made the room dark also could have done with an empty plug socket and mirror near the desk/ dressing table. However location was great and so was service .

The hotel is situated perfectly to enjoy all that London offers. The facilities and staff were also exceptional. We'll definitely look to book at the Dilly for our next London break.

The Dilly is a five star hotel for location and amenities but tired in places. The furniture in the room was scuffed/worn. The bathroom was not pristine, or modern. The pool was too cold to go in for me. The breakfast was good.

The hotel staff were kind and polite but not 5 star nice
The room I was given was small and pokey as far from the reception and door as you can get definitely face did not fit when when checking in
I would not recommend it or in fact stay there again at the price they want to charge
